Thanks to a tip from a friend on Instagram, I was able to score a whole bunch of toys 90% off at Safeway!
I checked four stores, and each one had this discount so I think it is safe to say that this is a go at all locations.
Be sure to price check items, as some stuff was mixed in that was only ringing up 50% – but everything you see in my cart above was 90% off 🙂
