Well, well, well, look what we have here – the first Black Friday Ad Preview of 2011! Woo hoo! This years predictions are that the sales will be better than ever, the stores want you in there spending money and they’re willing to offer your bargain basement prices to do it. Our inaugural ad this year is from Ace Hardware, and there are a few things to point out:
- This ad is only two pages – last years was 4 pages, so take this preview with a grain of salt. It may be incomplete, as it has no Door Buster items, which we have always seen in past years.
- No start time is listed, but if previous years are any indication, Ace will open at 7am.
- Ace is once again offering Saturday-only 50% OFF one regularly priced item under $30 coupon and a Sunday-only $10 off any regularly priced purchase of $50 coupon. These can’t be used on sale or clearance items, but should make for a good deal if you need any home improvement supplies.
I’m not overly excited about this ad, but I’m hoping the other missing pages will blow us away. Good to see the early release though, it will give us time to plan!
