from another website: Bad news. Turns out EXPRESS was hacked.
We called customer service and EXPRESS explained the code was not valid and any orders made using the code will be cancelled.
If you aren’t sure what that means for your credit card or debit card, call your bank. You can also call EXPRESS customer service to cancel the orders, 1-888-EXP-1980.
Thanks for the update! From what I am reading Express was not *hacked* they are just using that as the excuse to not honor the code. This was a legit offer meant for their VIP club members and was not supposed to be shared. I don’t think you need to worry about your credit or debit cards since the code originated directly from Express.
