Participating dentists “buy” back kids’ Halloween candy at a scheduled event with either cash, coupons, toothbrushes, or creative exchanges. In turn, the dentists send the candy to Operation Gratitude who passes on the goodies to U.S. Military members deployed in harm’s way or other Military support groups.
Not only can you turn the sugar-fest into something healthier, you’re also helping pass on some holiday cheer to our troops. What a great way to pay it forward!
